This is Princess, boarn on May 8th of 1994. She's a striped brown tabby cat, who was originally given the name of Tiger because of the tiger stripes she has. In July of 1994, she was adopted by my girl friend, Liz who's had her ever since then. She was renamed Princess some time in 2002 by her then boyfriend who didn't think she should be called a name like that.
Princess doesn't like to be picked up and held by anyone, and just get petted when she wants to be petted, but at the same time, she can be a real sweetie and rub against you.
I was first introduced to Princess in September of 2006 and right from the start, she always liked me. That first night, she ended up laying by me wanting attention and keeping me awake for a better part of the night. Every time I'd go visit Liz I'd try to pay attention to her, and in February of 2007, Liz brought her here to St. Catharines, Ontario.
We almost lost her about a month after she came when she wouldn't eat and she was loosing weight and getting sick. That's when the vet thought it was something with the liver and she'd have to be put down unless the situation changed, which it did and we were happy for that. She's now a whole different cat and is still sweet although she's laying around most of the time since she's an older cat.
